This Policy is for On-Line Orders Only As In Store All Sales Are Final
*Sale, clearance, bridal gowns or special order dresses/items are not returnable.
*Special Order Dresses are dresses that are not in stock and are ordered specifically for you the customer.
- Portia & Scarlett Gowns, Jessica Angel Gowns and Terani Couture Gowns as well as Nicole Bakti Gowns are non returnable designers.
- For example you request a dress in a specific color and the designer makes it for you and it is not in our stock, Mia Bella The Label is required to order this item for you. This item is now a special order item and not returnable. For Example Jessica Angel gowns are ordered in specific colors are special orders.
- Returns Back to Original Payment are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Returns for Store Credit are excluded from any re-stocking fee and shipping fees except international shipping fees.
- We do not accept sale or discounted merchandise returns
Exchanges are excluded from any re-stocking fee except international shipping fees.
- ITEMS RESTRICTED FROM RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE: Bridal, Bridesmaid, Sale Items and Special Orders (any dress that is specifically cut for you),
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Your return must be received by Mia Bella The Label within 5 working days which excludes Saturday and Sunday, of your request otherwise your RA will be considered void.
- The shipping cost of exchanges will be paid by the customer, only the first cost of the shipment of order, if domestic and is over $300 shall be free.
- Returns/exchanges are accepted ONLY with a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package (RA#) otherwise the package will be denied and shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and shipping the return/exchange item back to Mia Bella The Label.
- Dresses must be in their original condition with tags attached and no signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains or odors (i.e. perfume, cigarette smoke) otherwise they will not be credited for a refund and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- Shipping fees or duties from the original order will not be refunded.
- If you refuse a shipment for any reason you will be responsible for the cost of shipping plus a 15% restocking fee.
To Make a Return/Exchange Request:
- FOR RETURN CONTACT WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE;
- EMAIL ORDERS@MIABELLATHELABEL.COM INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER & NAME OR YOU MAY TEXT 559-289-3901;
- ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR RA NUMBER YOU HAVE 5 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE TO MIA BELLA THE LABEL. IF YOU FAIL TO RETURN WITHIN THOSE 5 DAY EXCLUDING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY YOUR RETURN WILL BE VOID AND REFUSED, NO EXCEPTIONS
- INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER AND YOUR RA NUMBER OUTSIDE THE RETURN BOX, THIS IDENTIFIES IF WE CAN ACCEPT YOUR BOX THEREFORE IT IS IMPERATIVE YOU PLACE THESE NUMBERS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX;
- REMEMBER ALL TAGS AND MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN THE NEW CONDITION AS PICTURES ARE TAKEN OF MERCHANDISE PRIOR TO SHIPPING ;
- YOU MUST EMAIL BACK TO ORDERS@MIABELLATHELABEL.COM YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND METHOD OF SHIPPING AS PROOF YOU HAVE SHIPPED IN A TIMELY MANNER, FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR RA BEING VOIDED;
