Why is the wear date required?

 

The wear date allows us to make proper delivery of your dress;

 In the event the dress must be ordered from the designer or

placed on backorder.

 

When will my order ship?

 

This depends on when the order was placed and the dress you ordered shipping times can vary, please call 559-289-3901 for an accurate time frame.

Keep in mind at the time you call and place your order inventory may be limited.

 

 

What is the Return Policy?

 

Our return policy is located here: Return Policy   Note, some designers are not returnable nor are sale dresses.

 

How long will it take to receive my package once its shipped? Keep in mind all packages MUST BE SIGNED FOR

 

Customers Located on the West Coast: 1-3 Days.

Customers located in the Mid-West: 2-4 Days.

Customers located on the East Coast: 4-5 Days.

Customers Located outside of the United States: 5-7 Days.

Why have a product that’s out-of-stock marked in stock on the website?

 

We keep our dresses available to purchase so customers who have later wear dates can reserve the dress in advance as a backorder/preorder.  This secures that style for the customer as the designers usually have a limited quantity coming in.

 

How do you submit a return request?

 

To submit for a return request within two days of receiving your dress, and you must use our Returns Center.

 

How can I check if an item is in stock?

 

You are more than welcome to call us at 559-289-3901 with the style number of the dress you are inquiring on and the size and color. You may also chat with us live on the website to inquire on stock as well.

 

How can I find my size?

 

We have added all of the designer’s size charts to every product page and recommend you take your measurements and find the size that best a lines with the size chart to the specific dress.  This will avoid added returns/exchange expenses.  If you need help with measuring, you can view the link here to show you how to properly measure. Measurements Guide. You can also give us a call or chat with us if you need help determining a size. Although we cannot decide your size for you we can help you with any questions regarding the size chart and fabric stretch etc.

If custom duties incurred, who is responsible?

It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fee that might be charged from delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies.
