Signature Confirmation & Delivery Responsibility

To protect your order, Mia Bella The Label requires a signature upon delivery for all packages. The carrier will not leave your package unattended. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and try again or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

If your package is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not picked up, you may be charged for return and reshipping costs.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Signature Waiver (Optional)

If you would like your package delivered without a signature, please complete and sign below. By signing, you agree that the package may be left at your delivery address without anyone present. Once the carrier’s tracking shows the package as delivered, Mia Bella The Label is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery, and any claims must be made directly with the carrier.
