ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance, whether for domestic or international orders. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

All sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These items may have minor flaws or imperfections and are priced accordingly.

Please note:

• All merchandise is inspected and photographed before shipping.
• Once an item has shipped, we cannot be held responsible for its condition, including any damage incurred during transit or any wear and tear after the dress has been worn.
• We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and trying it on immediately to confirm fit and condition.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Orders are processed immediately after purchase. As a result, no changes or cancellations can be made once a dress has been ordered or is in transit. Please confirm all order details, including size, color, and shipping address, before placing your order.

REFUNDS:

• We do not offer refunds.
• Refused or unclaimed shipments will not be refunded.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Store credit is not available.

SHIPPING:

• All packages are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon delivery.
• Free domestic UPS Ground shipping is available on orders of $300 or more.
• Mia Bella The Label Inc. is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. All claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
• All merchandise is thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to shipping to ensure you receive your item in excellent condition.
• Once an item has shipped, we are no longer responsible for its condition, including any damage during transit or wear and tear after the dress has been worn.
• For details on international shipping, please refer to the International Orders section below.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• All international sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided for any reason.
• If you refuse or fail to pick up your order, no refund will be issued. The return cost from the carrier typically equals or exceeds the value of the merchandise.
• Duties and Taxes: All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
• Mia Bella The Label Inc. is not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional charges.
• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.
