RETURNS & EXCHANGES
This policy applies only to online orders.
All in-store purchases are final.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or reversed, as processing begins immediately.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Designers (Not Returnable): Alyce Paris, Andrea & Leo, Ava Presley, Jessica Angel, Jovani, La Femme, Mac Duggal, Nicole Bakti, Sherri Hill, Terani Couture; once ordered, these gowns cannot be canceled or returned
- Sale Items: Sold as-is
- Bridal Items/Gowns: Includes Andrea & Leo, Cinderella Divine/Ladivine, and any gown with style numbers ending in 'W'. Once ordered, these gowns cannot be canceled or returned
- Dresses Size 16 and Above: Regardless of designer
- Quinceañera Dresses: Only available online
- International Orders
- Dresses Under $100
How to Request a Return
- Email your request to: orders@miabellathelabel.com
- You must request a return/exchange within 2 days of receiving your order
- Requests can be sent 24/7
Return Conditions (If Eligible)
- Eligibility: Only one return or exchange per order
- Condition: Items must be in original condition, with original tags attached, and free from wear, damage, stains, or odors
- Authorization: Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) written on the outside of the package. Packages without an RMA# will be denied and returned at your expense
- Timing: Return must be received within 5 working days (excluding weekends) from the return request date. Late returns = 50% restocking fee. International orders must be postmarked/shipping started within this time frame or considered delinquent
Refunds & Exchanges
- Restocking Fee: All returns subject to 20% restocking fee. Store credit does not incur this fee (cannot later be converted to refund)
- Late Returns: Subject to 50% restocking fee
- Shipping Fees: Non-refundable. Customer pays return/exchange shipping
- Refused Shipments: If refused or not picked up → 50% restocking fee. International shipments: no refunds
- Customs & Duties: Buyers must clear customs and pay duties/taxes directly to courier. Not included in pricing. Research import taxes before ordering. Provide special handling instructions if needed
- Tax Information: We cannot advise on country-specific taxes/duties. Responsibility lies with the customer
