Ordering

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase. This email serves as a verification of your order. If any discrepancies or changes are necessary, please contact us promptly.

Your order will be processed based on product availability. Once your items are shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Additionally, some items may not be available for immediate shipment and could be shipped directly from the designer or manufacturer.

In the event that an item is backordered, you will be notified via email or phone.

Processing:

All orders are subject to product availability. Your order will not be processed until the product is confirmed to be available. Items may be on back-order and you will be notified via email.  Most orders are available to ship within 1-5 business days. For expedited ordering, please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellations must be requested before your order is processed and shipped.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to customers within California. Sales tax is based on California Sales tax and is subject to change.

International Duties/Taxes:

The customer or recipient of the order is responsible for paying any additional duties/taxes to their countries customs or shipping carrier. 

Shipping:

Expedited shipping is limited to stock availability and pricing is based on your shipping address. We ship using UPS. Orders placed before 1pm PST will be processed same day if the item(s) are in-stock. All orders are shipped signature required.
