Order Changes & Cancellations
Our team begins processing orders right away, which means we're unable to make changes or cancellations once your order has been placed or is in transit.
To avoid any hiccups, please take a moment to double-check your size, color, and shipping address before confirming your order.
Refunds

Shipping
Weโre excited to get your order to you! All packages are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Free UPS Ground shipping is available on U.S. orders of $300 or more.

Once your order leaves our hands, Mia Bella The Label Inc. is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. If any issues arise, please contact UPS directly to file a claim.

We take care to inspect and photograph each item before shipping, ensuring your order arrives in excellent condition.

International Orders
We love serving our international customers! Please keep the following in mind when placing your order:

All international sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on international purchases.

If an order is refused or not picked up, we cannot issue a refund. Return costs often equal or exceed the itemโs value.

Duties and Taxes: All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These must be paid directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

We are not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional charges incurred during the import process.
