Shipping

ALL PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR, FOR SECURITY REASONS

Shipping within the United States:

Free UPS ground shipping for domestic orders over $300.  Domestic orders placed and shipped within the United States may take up to 2-7 business days to ship. For immediate or express shipping please select the shipping option that best matches your needs, during the check out process. 

International Shipping:

Shipping rates may vary depending on the weight and size of the package. 

For international shipments, if you refuse or fail to pick your order, no refund will be provided. The carrier will not return the package to us, and the return will either match or exceed the original  purchase price. 

International orders placed and shipped from outside the United States may take up to 5-15 business days depending on the country of delivery. Express shipping is available for most countries. Not all carriers are available to ship to all countries we offer shipping to. Mia Bella The Label reserves the right to change the shipping carrier if there is an issue with the carrier being able to deliver to the designated country within a timely matter. Please notify us if you have a close wear date for your order so we may look into expediting your order. Mia Bella The Label will not be held responsible for shipments that may take longer than expected for delivery due to shipping carrier, foreign customs policies, or additional taxes and duties that may be imposed by the destination country.

Foreign Duties and Taxes:

The customer or recipient of the order is responsible for paying all taxes or duties associated with the order. Mia Bella The Label will not be held responsible for shipments that are not received due to unpaid foreign duties or taxes.

All orders are insured through the shipping carrier. All shipments will require a direct signature from the recipient.  Please notify us immediately with any shipping damage. Returned by refusal by recipient will result in a $50 shipping fee and must be paid before shipping again. Orders that are returned by refusal will not be granted a refund for any amount of the order.
